CANADA SHIPPING:

All orders ship from Ottawa, Canada. We offer:

Free shipping on all Canadian orders with the value of $150 & over

$14 flat rate within Canada

Free pick up at our storefront in Ottawa

USA Shipping:

$25 flat rate shipping to the USA (Customers responsible for any duty, custom, tax payment)

Please note for bigger furniture items like cribs, beanbags, rockers, the shipping cost will be calculated depending on the weight, size, distance and we will get back to you with a quote, and then you can make a decision if you would like to proceed with the order.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, Parcels are trackable and you will be notified when your order has shipped. 

*Promo codes must be used at time of order and may not be applied once an order has been submitted. Only one code can be used at a time.

Milan Kids Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages returned to us due to an incorrect address. 

We are offering free local Ottawa pick up.

If you choose local Ottawa pick up, we will email you and let you know when your order is ready to be picked up from our shop located on 1142 Bank St, Ottawa, Canada, K1S3X6.
