Returns
All products are final sale except for clothing. Clothing items are eligible for 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. No refund or credit note will be granted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange process, you can contact us at info@milankidsbt.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without notifying us by email will not be accepted.
All costs for exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.
All items purchased in the USA are final sale, we don't offer exchange or return for customers in the US.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved. If approved, we will ship the new item of your choice (could be any item of any price) to your address and we will send you an invoice for the new shipping label. Please note All freight fees are the responsibility of the customer and won’t be reimbursed
